Q:  Does partnering with Hire Green have any advantages over other recruiting companies?
A:  We have several advantages over our competition.  First we are a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), many government contractors are encouraged to partner with such entities.  Secondly, we don't try to be everything to everyone--we only partner with a few companies in a particular industry (our philosophy is either you're a client, or a target to recruit from).

Q:  What are the costs associated with using Hire Green's services?

A:  Hire Green is a contingent-based recruiting company.  There are no up-front costs for an employer to utilize our candidate search services. If you decide to hire one of our candidates, you will be invoiced for the placement fee (based on a percentage of the annual base compensation).  Our standard terms are net 30, 2% net 10 discount.

Q:  What are your methods of placing candidates?
A:  Hire Green places candidates either through a direct placement or through a company specific hiring event.  If your company has multiple hiring needs in one location, Hire Green will coordinate an event at your location to reduce cycle time.

Q:  What is Hire Green's average cycle time?
A:  Once we have a signed agreement and a validated job order, you should expect to have qualified candidates within 7-10 business days.  If your job order is particularly difficult to source the cycle time may be longer.

Q:  What does Hire Green consider a "validated job order"?
A:  A validated job order will have specific details; dates for initial interview, start date, how long has this position been open (and why), number of candidates currently in the pipeline, number of other recruiters working the job order etc...  On average an account executive will need 30-45 minutes of a manager's time to walk through the details of a job before a search is begun.

Q:  Do you guarantee your placements?
A:  Yes.  We have a 90 day guarantee on all placements.

Q:  How does Direct Placement differ from Contractor Placement?
A:  In a Direct Placement, the employee belongs to you, you pay a one time fee.  Contractors are employed by Hire Green and perform work at your site.  For contractor placements, we are responsible for all benefits and employment taxes.
